This package provides debug information for package feh.
Debug information is useful when developing applications that use this
package or when debugging this package.

- update to 3.3
- drop upstreamed patches
- provide fallbacks for the %make_build, %make_install, %autosetup and
  %license macros
- add workaround for old rpm bug with use of %_pkgdocdir as %doc
- add workaround for old glibc (scandir(), alphasort()) and gcc (C99 instead
  of C11)
- preserve modification times
- add a patch to support older libcurl (< 7.32.0)
